The Star said:

“Going into the second last hole on the final day, he (Tyler) was ahead by two strokes. I reduced the deficit with a birdie while he scored a par-four. I could have still stay in contention with a successful eagle attempt on the decisive final par-five hole. But, both of us produced a birdie each. I am satisfied with my scores especially with the six-under on the last day,” said Paul, who acknowledged his parents’ (father Sylvester San and mother Mary Anne Tiong) unconditional support in assisting him to make a breakthrough.

Natasha Andrea Oon also returned with a fruitful outing in her fourth appearance at the Callaway Junior World Golf Championships. She came 3rd in the girls’ seven to eight years section at the prestigious annual junior meet, scoring  60-57-63 on the par-58 course.

She had earlier finished 4th at at the two-day San Diego Junior Masters, scoring a respectable 3 over 75.

Natasha also played at the TaylorMade Masters in Las Vegas and finished 2nd with a score of 5 under 103.
